Madam Perez Kiosk

Project type

UX/UI

Date

2024

I had the opportunity to design the UX/UI for the sales interfaces of the Terminal Kiosk for Madam Perez, a pioneering food technology company in Israel. These kiosks facilitate the sale of traditional home-cooked meals, inspired by the recipes of founder Ronit Davidovich’s grandmother, affectionately known as “Madam Perez.”

The process begins with customers placing orders through the Terminal Kiosk, after which the selected dishes are dispensed via a vending machine. A pilot installation of this system was successfully launched at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel.

The target audience for this service includes young individuals and singles who appreciate homemade-style meals. To resonate with this demographic, the application’s color scheme incorporates warm tones derived from the brand’s identity, evoking the comfort of hot, home-cooked food.

The design elements, such as buttons and icons, draw inspiration from the packaging of the meals and traditional cookware, featuring elliptical and circular shapes. This design approach ensures a cohesive and intuitive user experience, aligning with the brand’s story and values.

This project was executed at Studio Craft, adhering strictly to the brand’s style guide to maintain consistency across all platforms.
